How do I participate?
In order to participate in one of the clinical trials, one must live within 1-2 hours of our office location in Atlanta, GA.

From the airport:Exit the airport and take I-85 North. This merges with I-75, and goes through the downtown area. Stay on I-85 when it splits off from I-75 north of downtown.
Exit I-85 at North Druid Hills Road. Turn right on top of the ramp. Follow North Druid Hills to Briarcliff Road (about half a mile). Turn right on Briarcliff. About 2 miles later, turn left onto Clifton Road (Q-Trip gas station on your right), then left at traffic light into the Wesley Woods campus.
Once inside Wesley Woods:
Take an immediate right (within 10 yards!) and follow that road, past a stop sign, till it dead ends in a parking lot in front of the Health Center Building. Take the lobby elevators to the 4th floor. Waiting area in front of the elevators. Check in at room 410.
From North Decatur Road:
Turn right on Clifton Rd (Law School building on your right), go past Emory University Hospital, CDC buildings and the Fire Station. At the bottom of the hill at the light, turn right into the Wesley Woods campus.
Once inside Wesley Woods:

You may contact us at 404-712-MOOD (6663) to go through a telephone screening questionnaire with one of our staff members or you may choose to complete the questionnaire on-line. Please click on either major depressive disorder or generalized anxiety disorder to access the respective questionnaire.
It is only necessary to submit one questionnaire, even if you are interested in both studies. Once we receive the questionnaire, you will be contacted by one of our staff members. After reviewing the questionnaire with you over the phone, an appointment will be made for you to come in for a complete psychiatric evaluation to determine if you are eligible for the study.
