How do I participate?
In order to participate in one of the clinical trials, one must live within 1-2 hours of our office location in Atlanta, GA.

You may contact us at 404-778-MOOD (6663) to go through a telephone screening questionnaire with one of our staff members or you may choose to complete the questionnaire on-line. Please click on either major depressive disorder or generalized anxiety disorder to access the respective questionnaire.
