Major Leadership Appointments, Activities and Achievements

Kitty Deering has been selected to serve as the Southeastern Rep to the American Board of Clinical Psychology and will be coordinating clinical psychology board certification exams for the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) in the area.

Tig Rainnie was invited to be temporary Chair of the Neurobiology of Motivated Behavior study section at NIMH.

Sarah Juul contributed a blog for Huffpost Healthy Living entitled new mothers need more than medication.

Jeff Rakofsky organized the AFSP Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Department team and emceed the closing ceremonies for the AFSP Out of the Darkness Community Walk.

The Grady Nia Project Team also had an AFSP Out of the Darkness Community Walk.
