Biography
Dr. Juul joined the faculty after completing a psychiatric residency at Emory in 2012, and she is a graduate of Stanford University School of Medicine. She also earned a MSc in public health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and has done work related to HIV/AIDS and sexual violence domestically and overseas. Currently, she maintains a busy clinical practice focusing on the psychotherapeutic treatment of mood and anxiety disorders in the peripartum and supervises residents in both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. Her research interests include affect regulation, mother-infant attachment, and the efficacy of psychodynamic psychotherapy for peripartum depression.
