Meghna Patel, PhD, ABPP

Meghna Patel, PhD, ABPP is a clinical psychologist working with the Trauma Recovery Program (TRP). On TRP, she specifically works with veterans who have experienced military sexual trauma. Her clinical duties include conducting psychodiagnostic assessments and providing intensive trauma-focused treatment within individual and group settings. In addition to her clinical duties, she is actively involved in research aimed at assessing the effectiveness of various treatment interventions for veterans with military sexual trauma. Furthermore, Dr. Patel provides weekly, cognitive behavioral therapy supervision for psychiatry residents, psychology interns, and psychology practicum students. Her professional interests include PTSD, women’s issues, resilience, evidence-based treatments, and supervision.
